Publish-all feels productive for an afternoon. Then the archive fills with near-duplicates and half-parsed pages. Draft-default feels slower, then suddenly healthier: humans promote the pieces that deserve a URL.
On this hub, automated imports land as drafts unless a feed is explicitly trusted and the content clears length / rewrite checks. That is not bureaucracy. It is how you keep a public library from becoming a junk drawer.
