There are, of course, plenty of recipes for gluten-free brownies, like this one from the chocolate brand Ghirardelli, which also happens to be the producer of our favorite brownie mix. But when it comes to the convenience that boxed baking mixes offer, the options for gluten-free boxed mixes are pretty slim.

Luckily, Ghiradelli has now come out with its very first gluten-free brownie mix, making it even easier for those who can’t eat gluten to get their hands on quick and easy chocolaty deliciousness.

Ghirardelli’s new Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix features brown rice flour in place of wheat, and a blend of cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and bittersweet chocolate chips. The best part? All you have to do is add butter, water, oil, and an egg, and in no time, you’ll have a baking pan packed with fudgy brownies.

The new brownie mix is available at Walmart, Kroger, and other participating grocery retailers nationwide. According to the reviews on Kroger’s website, the brownies are quickly becoming a crowd-favorite.

One fan wrote, “Ghirardelli makes great chocolate, but they make incredible GLUTEN FREE brownies.” Another fan echoed the sentiment, saying these are “the best gluten-free [brownie] I’ve ever eaten, delicious and easy to make, perfect size, texture and flavor so yummy.”

A few people mentioned they’re a little grainier than brownies made with flour, but they still have “excellent chocolate flavor.”
