A short etiquette note for teams using atat.ws in research, archiving, and creative moodboards.
Tools like atat.ws make it easy to save a public clip for later. Ease is not permission. Treat every download as temporary raw material unless you own the rights or have a clear license.
For internal research we keep three folders: reference, client-approved, and do-not-publish. Mixing those piles is how accidental posts happen.
Also: prefer the official share link in decks when possible. A downloader is for cases where the platform UI fights you — offline review, frame grabs, or format conversion — not for republishing someone else’s edit.
If your team cannot explain why a file is on the shared drive, delete it. Storage is cheap; reputation is not.
