Editorial policy

Guides on 1CLIK are written by the 1CLIK team for people using the tools. We do not publish a named roster of credentials we cannot verify.

How guides are prepared
A guide starts from a real job: merging a PDF, counting an Arabic caption, building a UTM link, or formatting JSON without secrets. We describe what the matching tool on this site actually does, including limits we can see in the product (browser-side processing, file types, when an account is required).

How tools are checked
Before a guide stays public, we open the tool, run a normal example, and confirm the page still matches the behaviour. If a tool changes, we update the guide and show a last-updated date on the article.

Corrections
If a step is wrong, a limit is missing, or a link is dead, use the contact form and include the page URL. We correct the page rather than leaving a known error up. We do not backdate the original publication date.

What we do not publish as the public library
Imported feeds and automatic rewrites stay in draft for staff. They are not the articles visitors should rely on. Product pages for sister apps (including an auto-news product) stay listed as products; they are not a licence to fill this site with generated news.

Author line
Articles that do not have a named contributor are credited to the 1CLIK team. That line means the site operator wrote and reviewed the piece. It is not a claim of a press credential or a third-party certification.
