Print a QR that points at a Bio you can edit later

Static pixels versus a URL you control — menus, posters, and packaging in one pattern.

A QR code is a frozen URL. If you encode this week’s Instagram post, next month the print is a 404. The pattern that survives menus and packaging is: a URL you control → QR Generator → print. On 1CLIK the URL you control is often a Link-in-Bio page: change buttons later, keep the same square on the table tent.

Test like a stranger. Use LTE, not the café Wi-Fi the designer is on. If the page asks for a login, the code is useless on the street. Prefer https://. If you need campaign tracking, build the link with UTM Builder first, then generate the QR from that full string.

Leave quiet margin around the code. Do not drown it in a photograph. Glossy laminate plus tiny size is the usual print failure. Scan with two different phones before you send the file to the printer.

This is not “QR as decoration”. It is one physical object pointing at a page you can still edit on Sunday night when the offer changes.
