About this tool

Find the present and future value of equal payments made every period.

FV = PMT·((1+i)^n − 1)/i and PV = PMT·(1 − (1+i)^−n)/i, with i = rate per period. Payments at the start of each period (annuity due) multiply both by (1 + i).

Formula: FV = PMT·((1+i)^n − 1)/i · PV = PMT·(1 − (1+i)^−n)/i

Example: Payment per period = 1,000, Annual interest rate = 5, Years = 10, Payments per year = Yearly, Payment timing = End of period → Future value = 12,577.89, Present value = 7,721.73.

Uses one constant rate. Inflation is not considered.

Quick steps

  1. Enter your values — every field shows its unit.
  2. Press Calculate (or Try an example to see how it works).
  3. Read the results and copy them if you need them elsewhere.

The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to 1CLIK.

FAQ

How does the Annuity Calculator work?

FV = PMT·((1+i)^n − 1)/i and PV = PMT·(1 − (1+i)^−n)/i, with i = rate per period. Payments at the start of each period (annuity due) multiply both by (1 + i).

What should I keep in mind?

Uses one constant rate. Inflation is not considered.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The numbers stay on your device; the page only shows the result.
