About this tool
Rename many files at once with prefixes, suffixes, find and replace, counters, dates and letter case — preview first, download as ZIP.
Each file name is split into name and extension. Your rules are applied in a fixed order — find and replace, letter case, prefix and suffix, then the file date and a counter — and every result is cleaned so it contains no path separators, control characters or reserved Windows names. Clashing names get “(2)”, “(3)” …
Example: IMG_0042.JPG with prefix “Trip_”, find “IMG_” → nothing, a 3-digit counter and lowercase extensions becomes Trip_0042_001.jpg.
Browsers cannot rename files on your disk, so the renamed copies are packed into a ZIP; your originals stay untouched.
Quick steps
- Choose your files — they stay on your device.
- Set the options and check the preview or the test results.
- Download the result. Your original files are never changed.
Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to 1CLIK.
