About this tool

Convert between JSON, CSV, TSV, XML, YAML, TOML, plain lists and Markdown tables — with headers, type detection and nested data flattened for spreadsheets.

The input is parsed with a strict parser for its format (CSV per RFC 4180 with quoted fields; XML without DTDs or entities; YAML with the safe schema only), turned into plain data and written in the target format. Nested objects become dotted column names in CSV.

Example: a three-row CSV with a header becomes a JSON array of three objects.

TOML needs a table at the top level, so a list is written under “items”. Turn on the spreadsheet guard if a CSV will be opened in Excel and comes from untrusted data.

Quick steps

  1. Paste your text or open a file (or press Try an example).
  2. Choose the options — the result updates as you type.
  3. Copy the result or download it as a file.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to 1CLIK.

FAQ

How does the Data Converter (JSON, CSV, XML, YAML, TSV, TOML) work?

The input is parsed with a strict parser for its format (CSV per RFC 4180 with quoted fields; XML without DTDs or entities; YAML with the safe schema only), turned into plain data and written in the target format. Nested objects become dotted column names in CSV.

What should I keep in mind?

TOML needs a table at the top level, so a list is written under “items”. Turn on the spreadsheet guard if a CSV will be opened in Excel and comes from untrusted data.

Is my text uploaded or saved?

No. It is processed on your device in a separate background task that is stopped if it takes too long; nothing is stored or sent.
