About this tool

Cover a detail in a screenshot before you send it.

Draw a rectangle, then blur it or paint it solid. The exported image has those pixels changed. It is not a PDF redaction tool and it does not remove hidden metadata from the original file you still have on disk.

Is the original file altered?

No. You download a new image. Delete the original yourself if you do not want to keep it.
