Delete your 1CLIK account and data

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address of your 1CLIK account in the form.
2. We send a confirmation link to that address. Opening it proves the address is yours (valid for 48 hours).
3. After confirmation, our team deletes the account and the data listed below and emails you when it is done.

Signed in already? You can also delete your account immediately in Account → Security.

Data that is deleted

• Your account profile: name, email address, password, avatar and preferences.
• Sign-in sessions, app sign-in tokens, favorites and saved tool history linked to the account.
• Plan entitlements and subscriptions linked to the account (active access ends).
• Newsletter subscription and contact-form messages sent from the same email address.

Data that may be kept

• Payment, order and invoice records, where we must keep them for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations. They are kept only for that purpose and for the period the law requires.
• Security and audit logs needed to protect the service, for a limited time.
• Copies in routine backups, which are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Files you process with on-device tools stay on your device and are not stored by us. Accounts on partner services (for example sho.ae or crdz.me) are managed by those services.
