About this tool

Pull the vendor, dates, totals, tax and line items out of receipts and invoices, check the arithmetic, and export a clean spreadsheet.

The extractor reads digital PDFs from their text and photos or scans with on-device OCR, then looks for labelled values such as invoice number, date, due date, subtotal, VAT or tax, discount, total, currency and payment method. Labels are recognised in English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German.

Each field shows a confidence score and the box on the page it came from. The subtotal, tax, discount and total are cross-checked: if they add up, the fields are marked consistent; if not, they are flagged so you can look again. Nothing is guessed silently.

Results stay editable. Fix any field, then export JSON for your own systems or CSV and Excel with one sheet for the fields and another for the line items.

Quick steps

  1. Add one or more receipts or invoices (PDF or photo).
  2. Run the extraction.
  3. Review flagged fields and the arithmetic check, and correct anything wrong.
  4. Export JSON, CSV or Excel.

Documents are read in your browser and are not uploaded to 1CLIK.

FAQ

Is this accounting or tax advice?

No. It copies what is printed on the document. Check the results before you file or pay anything.

Why is the total marked "check"?

The subtotal plus tax minus discount did not match the total, or the total was unreadable. Compare it with the document.

Does it understand Arabic receipts?

Yes. Arabic labels and Arabic-Indic digits are recognised, and amounts are converted to standard numbers in the export.

What about dates like 03/04/2026?

When day and month could be swapped, the date is marked with lower confidence so you can confirm it.
