About this tool
Shrink SVG files by removing editor data, metadata, comments and empty groups and rounding numbers — scripts and event handlers are stripped for safety.
The SVG is parsed as XML (entity declarations refused), then walked node by node: Inkscape/Sodipodi/Sketch data, metadata and comments are dropped, numbers in geometry attributes are rounded to your precision, empty groups removed and whitespace between tags collapsed.
Example: a 38 KB icon exported from Inkscape typically drops below 10 KB with metadata removed and 2 decimals.
Check the preview after strong rounding; 1–2 decimals are usually safe for icons and logos.
Quick steps
- Choose your files — they stay on your device.
- Set the options and check the preview or the test results.
- Download the result. Your original files are never changed.
Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to 1CLIK.
