About this tool

Chain 1CLIK PDF actions into one workflow and run it on many files: OCR, compress, watermark, page numbers, rotate, merge, repair, sanitize, rename and ZIP.

Pick actions from the list, set their options and put them in order. Before anything runs, the plan is checked: unknown actions, wrong options, steps that cannot follow each other (for example anything after the ZIP export) and your plan limits are reported with a clear message.

Only registered 1CLIK actions can be used. A workflow is a list of action names and options, never code, so it cannot run scripts. Each action follows the same Free/Pro rules as its own tool page.

Most steps run in your browser. Repair and sanitize run on the 1CLIK server: each file is uploaded for that step only and deleted afterwards. Progress is saved on your device, so a cancelled or interrupted job can be resumed without redoing finished files.

Quick steps

  1. Add files.
  2. Add actions or start from a preset, and set their options.
  3. Check the plan and read any warnings.
  4. Run, watch progress per file, and download the results or the ZIP.

Browser steps never leave your device. Server steps (repair, sanitize) upload each file for that step only; uploads and results are deleted automatically.

FAQ

Can I add my own script or formula?

No. Only the actions in the list are allowed. This keeps every workflow safe to share and run.

What happens if I close the tab?

The job is kept in your browser storage. Open the page again and use Resume; finished files are not processed twice.

Why is an action locked?

Some actions, or the tool behind them, need a Pro plan, or your plan allows fewer steps or files. The plan check names the exact limit.

How do file names work?

The rename action uses a pattern with tokens such as the date, a counter and the original name, so results stay in order.
