About this tool
Crop a portrait to a common print size and keep the file under a size limit.
Presets such as 35×45 mm (413×531 px at 300 dpi) and 2×2 inch (600×600 px) are preparation sizes used on many forms. They are not a promise that an embassy or portal will accept the photo.
Drag the photo and use zoom so the face sits in the frame. A solid background color is painted only behind pixels that are already transparent. This tool does not remove a room background.

Is this a biometric check?
No. It sets dimensions and file size. It does not measure face position against an official specification.
