Fill transparent areas with a colour or gradient, or replace / remove a solid background colour (white, green screen) by colour key.
Fill composites the picture over a solid colour or two-colour gradient. Replace and remove compare every pixel with the chosen key colour: pixels within the tolerance are recoloured or made transparent, with a soft feathered edge.
Example: a product shot on white with “remove”, key #ffffff and 10 % tolerance becomes a PNG with a transparent background.
This works on plain, even backgrounds. Busy photo backgrounds need AI segmentation, which is not used here.
